Acajutla
This is the most important commercial port on the northern part of the country's coast. This area consists of a wide variety of scenarios from rocky points containing barely populated right point breaks, to scuba diving reefs, deep water surfing, and one of the few left handers. This city does not offer as many restaurants as La Libertad, but still have great quality seafood. It is not as commonly visited and provides perfect uncrowded surf with only your friends. You will be lodged in our very own private surf camp. This is situated on a beatifull bay surrounded by mountains. Complete with a little river, rock caves, spring water fountains on the edge of the rocky ledges, trails around the mountains, and a farm environment, this is trully an awesome setting. Accommodations include very Spacious rooms with air conditioning, pool and children's pool, benches on the beach, a huge kitchen attended by our cooking and cleaning staff, a small basket loop, and an open dining room surrounded with huge hammocks. We recommend that you bring your favorite music (tape or CD) as well as lots of reading material. The surf consists of right point Mizata with a great beachbreak next to it, and Acajutla`s reef. Deep water reef surf accessed by boat or long paddle and inside reef shallow breaks of very good quality. The area is very unexplored and some breaks have only been surfed less than 50 times in 10 years.
