Payment
A deposit of 50% per person is required 20 days before the programmed departure date in order to confirm reservations. The other half is expected with the arrival of passengers. Back pack surf travel must be fully paid 2 weeks before arrival.
The payment for the services must be canceled in full when clients are picked up at airport and before commencing the tour package.
Payment can be made by wire transferring to the following account; Francisco N. Hasbun, Banco Agricola Comercial, Bank account # 542-003738-6, or by sending amount trough Western Union, At the time of arrival full payment can be made with travelers checks, cash or credit card (a 10% charge will be applied with credit payment)

Cancellations / Refunds
The packages are fully refundable if cancellation is made 25 days prior to departure; there be no refunds for unused land features, A 50% if cancellation is made 15 days prior to departure. Back pack surf travel cancellations or refunds are not valid after 2 weeks before travel.

Rates
Rates are quoted in US dollars. Children under 12 years of age, traveling with parents in the same room, have 40% discount. Infants up to 3 years old are free of charge, except in airline tickets. All prices are subject to change without notice. Items included in tour are only those featured in "package includes". Foreign departure taxes are. Not included, Hotel charges, gratuities and other applicable surcharges are Not included and will be collected from guest at check out time.

Rates don't Include
Meals unless where specified tips personal expenses telephone calls, Internet services, laundry. Drinks, border customs and immigration fees and visa.

Insurance
We strongly advise a comprehensive. Travel coverage (accident, loss, baggage, illness, etc.)

Responsibility
Jungle Surf Tours assumes no liability for additional expenses to passengers due to schedule changes by carriers, sickness, weather, or causes beyond. J.S.T. assumes no responsability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be caused either by reason or defect in any vehicle or throughout the acts of default of any company responsible for loss of, damage to luggage, or accidents en route before meet by any J.S.T. guides at location.
The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and purchase of these tours and/or passengers.
